The software contained within the zip file on this page enables CITS helpdesk staff to take remote control of your computer.
You need to be engaged in an active helpdesk call for CITS helpdesk staff to accept the connection.
Once enabled, CITS helpdesk staff will have control of your PC and will be able to use your mouse and keyboard just like they are sitting next to you. You will be able to watch what the CITS helpdesk operator is doing on your PC and at any time break the connection by closing the program. The program does not reside in memory or leave behind any method by which a remote session can be initiated by CITS helpdesk staff.
